My Return Label Won't Print

Why can't I print out my return label?

Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

Yes! If you are retuning your order, we will issue you’re your store credit and any points that were used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your rewards account proportionally to what items were returned.

Damage Policy

Our store policy with damages is that we ask that you look over your items when you receive your package and email us within 48 hours if you have issues, as we would love the opportunity to make it right for you as soon as possible.
