Shopping online can be HARD! We totally get it. You thought it was going to be the perfect fit, and it just didn't work! We know how frustrating that can be, and because of that, we have made it as easy as possible for you to get the right size and feel confident in your purchase (:

How to Make a CJLA Exchange:

Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of any items for an exchange. The reason for this is that we cannot guarantee stock of an item at a particular time. You may send your piece back as a return HERE if you are in the US or Canada.

The return portal will then prompt to select which piece(s) you would like to return and why. Once you select those you will have the option to either exchange for a new size/color OR to exchange for a new product or receive store credit. Our store policy is that we can honor exchanges for up to 21 days from the date of delivery.

If you select a different size/color:

Once you drop off the return and it receives the first scan, you will be sent an email today the cost of shipping on the new order and once that is complete the new order will automatically be created in our system.

If you select exchange for a new product:

You will see the amount of store credit the return is worth and you can select an entirely different item to use your store credit on. You can also add additional items you would like to purchase and you will then see if there will be a difference to pay. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email to pay for your new order to create it in our system automatically.

If you select get store credit:

You will see the amount of store credit the return is worth and you can either select an entirely different item to use your store credit on OR you can select store credit to shop later. Store credit will be issued to your email in the form of a gift card to your email inbox after the first scan.

Please note:

Discount codes will be honored on the new exchange order if a size exchange is being made. If a new item is being ordered, discount codes will not be applied. 

We do not reimburse for shipping cost on the repurchased order. For further assistance with returns please reach out to our returns team here.
