How to Make a CJLA Size Exchange:

CJLA follows a return and repurchase system. The reason for this is that we cannot guarantee stock of an item at a particular time. You may send your piece back as a return (we have prepaid shipping labels for returns within the US on our website under the returns section).  

You can either select to print your label or be sent a QR code for UPS (selecting the no-printer/QR code option will deduct a $1.50 fee which will automatically be removed from your store credit). You will be issued a store credit for your item (excluding shipping cost) upon the first carrier scan at UPS or the upon the first scan at the post office for a USPS label.  When you’re ready to place the new order, please use the store credit that was issued back for the return on your new order. Please do not use any discount codes on your new order. 

For size exchanges, we are happy to honor the price you originally paid for up to two months from your order date! Place your new order with the proper sizing and pay the initial difference in cost with no additional discounts.  Then email us at [email protected] with your new order number! We will manually adjust the price to reflect the discount once your order has shipped! You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
