If you are using the CJLA App, please create your return label and head to your email inbox to print your label from there instead of within the app (:

How to Make a CJLA Return:

U.S. RESIDENTS and CANADA: 

  1. Enter your email address or zip code and order # or tracking # in the designated returns center HERE
  2. Select the items you would like to return from the order. Please note, if an item is ineligible for return you will not be able to select that item (see ineligible return list & policy here).
  3. If you selected "Hassle free returns + shipping protection" at checkout, then your return is completely covered. If you did not select to have your order covered, the cost of the return label will be required to be paid by the customer by entering in a debit/credit card.
  4. Once you complete this process, a packing slip and return label will be available for you to print and attach the label to the outside of the bag and include the packing slip inside. There will also be an option for a QR code to be scanned by the post office where they can print the label for you.
  5. Please ensure you are sending back only the approved items- any additional items that are not authorized on the packing slip will not be given store credit.
