If you are using the CJLA App, please create your return label and head to your email inbox to print your label from there instead of within the app (:

How to Make a CJLA Return:


  1. Enter your email address and zip code in the designated returns center HERE
  2. Select the eligible return order and the items you would like to return from those orders.  Please note, if an item is ineligible for return you will not be able to select that item (see ineligible return list below).
  3. You can either select to print your label for UPS or USPS or be sent a QR code for UPS (selecting the no-printer/QR code option will be charged a $1.50 fee which will automatically be removed from your store credit).
  4. Once you complete this process, a packing slip and prepaid UPS or USPS return label will be available for you to print or screenshot.
  5. Please ensure you are sending back only the approved items- any additional items that are not authorized on the packing slip will not be given store credit. 

*Make sure to drop off your package at a UPS store location https://www.theupsstore.com/tools/find-a-store, and not at a drop box or locations that accept UPS returns as this can delay your store credit. 

*For USPS returns, please take your return to your local post office or you can schedule a package pick up with your mail carrier via https://tools.usps.com/schedule-pickup-steps.htm
