How to Make a CJLA Return

Please note that eligible returns are issued as store credit rather than a refund to the original form of payment.

U.S. and Canada Orders

1. Visit our Returns Center HERE.
2. Enter your email address or zip code along with your order number or tracking number.
3. Select the items you would like to return.
   If an item is not eligible for return, you will not be able to select it. You can review our return policy and list of ineligible items here.
4. Follow the prompts to complete your return.
   If you selected Hassle Free Returns and Shipping Protection at checkout, your return shipping label is covered.
   If you did not select this coverage, the cost of shipping will be taken out of your store credit gift card.
5. Print your return label and packing slip.
   Attach the return label to the outside of your package and place the packing slip inside.
   You may also receive the option to use a QR code. The QR code can be scanned at the post office so they can print the label for you.
6. Send back only the approved items listed on your packing slip.
   Any additional items that were not authorized through the Returns Center will not be eligible for store credit.
