We totally get it—sometimes things just aren’t the right fit, and that’s okay! If you need to send something back, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward. Here's everything you need to know:

Our Return Policy:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags still attached

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for store credit or exchange

  • We offer store credit only for returns (no refunds to the original form of payment)

  • Store credit never expires and will be issued once your return is scanned by the carrier

  • The pre-paid return label cost is deducted from your store credit

  • We do not reimburse shipping charges from the original order

  • Items returned that are not approved (e.g., worn, past return window, or final sale) will not receive store credit and will not be sent back

Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Return or Exchange):

  • Jewelry (due to sanitary precautions)

  • Perfume, beauty products, hair accessories, hats + beanies

  • CJLA Home items

  • Items marked 50% off or more, whether discounted with a code or manually marked down

  • Daily Deals, Secret Sunday Deals, Flash Sales, or anything marked Final Sale

  • Items with prices ending in .99 or .49

  • Shoes under $40

Shoes over $40 can be returned if they are unworn and free of scuffs or marks

What if I received a damaged item?

Oh no! That’s definitely not the CJLA standard and we’re so sorry. Please reach out to us here with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll make it right!
