Having Trouble with a Return Label?Updated 23 days ago

Return Label Troubleshooting

If you are unable to create a return shipping label, it is most likely because your order is outside of our 30-day return window or the item is final sale.

If your return label is not formatting correctly, this may be due to your computer or browser configuration. If you are printing from a mobile device and are having trouble, we recommend trying again from a desktop or laptop computer instead.

Many of our return labels also include a QR code option that can be scanned at the carrier location, so there is no need to print your return label. If your return label was generated with a carrier that does not offer a QR code option, simply email us at [email protected], and we can update your return label to a carrier that does.

If the carrier assigned to your return label is not convenient for you, email us at [email protected], and we can update your return label to your preferred carrier whenever possible.

Please note that return labels are not available for international orders, with the exception of Canada. Please see our International Returns article for more information.

If you continue to experience issues or have any questions, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We are always happy to help!
