Having Trouble with a Return Label?Updated a month ago
If you are trying to create a return shipping label for your return and it is not working, it is most likely because it is past the 30 days, or the item is final sale.
- Our return labels also offer a QR code option that can be scanned at the carrier so there is no need to print if you don't have access to one or if you are having trouble with your printer.
- If your return label is not formatting correctly, this has been known to happen and can be contributed to computer configuration.
- Please note return labels do not work for international orders aside from Canada (please see International Returns process here)
- If you are trying to print from a mobile device and it is not working for any reason, please try use a desktop computer or laptop instead.
