Eligible purchases made between October 30, 2026, and January 1, 2027, may be returned or exchanged through January 31, 2027. Our standard return policy and eligibility requirements still apply.

If you have the purchaser’s email address and order number, you can start your return or exchange through our Return Portal HERE.

Don’t have the order details? Reach out to our Customer Care team here! Share the gift giver’s name and any information you have, and we’ll help locate the order and walk you through the next steps. Once we’ve confirmed the order and return eligibility, we can send the return label directly to you.

Giving a CJLA gift?

A few simple steps can make returns and exchanges easier for your recipient:

• Add Checkout+ to your order. Checkout+ covers return shipping for eligible returns and exchanges. It also includes package protection for covered issues, such as a package being lost or damaged in transit. If Checkout+ isn’t added, your recipient will need to pay for return shipping when processing their return.

• Share your order details. Give your recipient the email address used at checkout and the order number so they can easily access our return portal and return if needed.
