What is the capsule box?

Can I subscribe for a new box per quarter or season?

Currently, the Capsule Box is a one time only release.

Will shipping be free when I purchase the capsule box?

YES! Free shipping is offered for all orders with a subtotal of $150 or more after discounts.

Can I buy a capsule box as a gift for someone? Will they be able to return anything they don't want easily?

The Capsule Box is an incredible gift to give to someone you love! The pieces in the box are size exchange only according to our policy, but make sure to include "Hassle Free Returns + Package Protection" on the order at checkout so the receiver of the gift can exchange their items easily. If the add-on is not included, the label for the return will need to be paid at the time the exchange is processed.

What if I already own one or more of the items in the capsule box, but I still want the others?

The pieces in the Capsule Box are available for purchase at carlyjeanlosangeles.com outside of the box. You are welcome to purchase any number of items outside of the box if you do not want all of them. If you purchase the Capsule Box, you will receive all 8 items that are included in the box.

What should I do if an item doesn't fit?

If one of your items does not fit the way you'd like, you can exchange for a different size within 21 days of delivery! Our policy is extended through January 31st, so if it is a Christmas gift, you will have until then to process your exchange. See this article for more details on size exchanges.
