Whether you’re refreshing your current collection or looking for something new and on-trend, the Capsule Box offers a unique shopping experience.

Option 1:exchange only 

Can I return or exchange my capsule box items?

We want you to be completely happy with your capsule box. Due to the exclusive nature of these collections, we are currently only offering size exchanges only for capsule box items, no returns. If the size doesn’t fit as expected, we’ll be happy to assist you in exchanging your item for a different size. Please note that we cannot accept returns for a refund or store credit or exchanges for different items.

Can I exchange items from the capsule box for a different style or color?

At this time, our exchange policy for the capsule box only allows for size exchanges for the capsule box. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate exchanges for different styles, colors, or other items in the capsule box.

How can I exchange one of my items for another size?

You may process your exchange HERE if your shipping address is in the US or Canada.

The portal will then prompt to select which piece(s) you would like to exchange and why. Once you select that you will have the option to exchange only for another size. Our store policy is that we can honor exchanges for up to 21 days from the date of delivery.

Once you drop off the item you are returning and it receives the first scan, you will be sent an email today the cost of shipping on the new order and once that is complete the new order will automatically be created in our system.

Please note:

Discount codes will be honored on the new exchange order if a size exchange is being made. If a new item is being ordered, discount codes will not be applied. 

We do not reimburse for shipping cost on the repurchased order. For further assistance with returns please reach out to our returns team HERE.
