Why do you not offer phone support?Updated 5 months ago
We are always striving to answer any questions and offer sizing, styling, and help with orders as fast and effective as possible, but because we are such a small business, it is not realistic for us to offer phone support on top of all our other platforms. We firmly believe that we offer our very best help through DMs on Instagram, email correspondence, and LiveChat on our website and it is much more convenient for the majority of our customers to communicate this way.
