RETURNS

If I buy a gift for someone for the holidays, how long can they return it for?

  • During this season, our Return Window is extended from November 3rd through January 31st, so if you are buying gifts for friends and family, they will be able to return their returnable items hassle-free through the month of January using our returns portal linked HERE.

When is the last day I can order a package to ensure it will be here by the holidays?

  • The last day to order packages to arrive in time for Christmas- by Dec. 23rd (not guaranteed as we cannot control shipping carriers) is December 8th.
  • The last day to order packages to arrive in time for Thanksgiving- by Nov. 23rd (not guaranteed as we cannot control shipping carriers) is November 15th.

PROCESSING TIME

How long does it take for orders to ship during holiday season?

  • Due to increased demand during the holiday season, processing time will be delayed during the months of November, December, and January. Our warehouse team works very hard to ensure that all orders are fulfilled as soon as possible in the most effective way. We appreciate your patience with us and our warehouse team!

How long does shipping take during holiday season?

  • During the holidays, as with everyone else, we always experience delays in shipping times due to the higher demand and peak in orders and shipments going out all at once. We are not responsible for delayed shipping times, missing packages, or stolen items, but we are so happy to take care of you if there are any issues! Please simply contact us HERE if needed (: 
  • Please make sure to order anything needed by a certain time (holiday or otherwise) as far in advance as possible and be sure to select expedited shipping at checkout if you need your package within a week.
