RETURNS

If I buy a gift for someone for the holidays, how long can they return it for?

  • During holiday season, our Return Window will be extended from November 1st through January 31st, so if you purchase gifts for friends and family, they will be able to return or exchange their non-final sale items through the month of January using our returns portal linked here
  • We recommend adding "Hassle free returns + shipping protection" to all orders containing a gift.

PROCESSING TIME

How long does it take for orders to ship during the holiday season?

  • Due to increased demand during the holiday season, processing time will be delayed during the months of November, December, and January. Our warehouse team works very hard to ensure that all orders are fulfilled as soon as possible in the most effective way. We appreciate your patience with us and our warehouse team!   • Most orders will ship from the warehouse in 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, not weekends).
  • Please allow 1 week for your order to ship during the busy season.

When is the last day to order to get my package by Christmas?

  • If you are ordering Christmas or Holiday gifts during this season, we highly recommend ordering as EARLY as possible due to shipping delays during this time of year that are out of our control.
  • The last day to order with standard shipping to receive your order before Christmas is December 10th.
  • The last day to order with expedited shipping to received your order before Christmas is December 18th (must order before 11AM PST to ship same day, otherwise the order will be shipped the week of Christmas and may not arrive on time).

SHIPPING 

How long does shipping take during holiday season?

  • During the holidays, as with everyone else, we always experience delays in shipping times due to the higher demand and peak in orders and shipments going out all at once. We are not responsible for delayed shipping times, missing packages, or stolen items, but we are so happy to take care of you if there are any issues! Please simply contact us here if needed!
  • Please make sure to order anything needed by a certain time (holiday or otherwise) as far in advance as possible and be sure to select expedited shipping at checkout if you need your package within a week anytime during November or December.
