Why Can't I Redeem My Rewards?

If your reward is not applying at checkout, there are a few things to check.

To redeem a reward, you must have at least 100 points available and your order subtotal must be $75 or more.

Reward codes cannot be combined with other discount codes. If another discount has already been applied to your order, you will need to remove it before using your reward. We recommend using whichever discount gives you the greatest savings.

Each reward also has a minimum purchase requirement:

$20 Reward requires a $100 minimum purchase.

$30 Reward requires a $125 minimum purchase.

$40 Reward requires a $150 minimum purchase.

$50 Reward requires a $200 minimum purchase.

$75 Reward requires a $300 minimum purchase.

$100 Reward requires a $400 minimum purchase.

$125 Reward requires a $500 minimum purchase.

Already redeemed a reward you are not ready to use?

No worries! Your reward code will remain active for one year and can be used on any future order that meets the minimum purchase requirement.
