Checkout+ Coverage

Checkout+ Coverage (Hassle-Free Returns) is an optional protection that can be purchased at checkout. When you purchase Checkout+ Coverage, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns. This allows you to return eligible item(s) from your order for a store credit or exchange without paying for return shipping or exchange shipping.

If you choose not to purchase Checkout+ Coverage, you can still return eligible item(s). However, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your store credit.

Please Note

Your Checkout+ Coverage includes a prepaid return shipping label for drop-off at the designated carrier location. If you choose to schedule a carrier pickup instead of dropping off your package, the carrier may charge a separate pickup fee. This fee is not covered by Carly Jean Los Angeles or the Checkout+ program.
