How to Track an OrderUpdated a year ago

  • Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your order. If you placed your order a week ago or more and have not received that email, please reach out to our customer care team HERE and they would be happy to help!
  • Orders generally take 24-72 hours for processing and the order status will appear “Unfulfilled” until it has shipped. Once it has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
  • You are also welcome to sign up for up-to-the-minute tracking notifications on your phone using the SHOP app.   You will be invited to sign up using the link on your order confirmation email as well.  Please let us know if you need further assistance!
