How Do I Edit My Shipping Address in My Account?Updated a year ago

If you moved, sent a couple orders to a friend or vacation address, or even sent a package to the wrong location on accident, you may have some unnecessary shipping addresses attached to your CJLA account! When you checkout through the website, CJLA App, or use Shop for your purchases, the shipping address will often be auto-populated if you have shopped with us before and are logged into your account. 

With that being said, we wouldn't want you to have your pieces going to the wrong place! Thankfully, there is an easy way to remedy this!


  1. Login to your account by clicking on the icon at the top right hand corner of the website on a desktop or mobile version (please note that this cannot be done on the CJLA App). The icon is directly next to the search icon.
  2. If you are on the mobile website, you will then need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page past all your orders on file with us. If you are on a desktop, you will find a black button on the right hand side of the page labeled "view addresses".
  3. Click on the "view addresses" button to access all the shipping addresses you have used on any orders or manually added to your account. 
  4. If you need to add an address, click on "add address" at the top of this page.
  5. If you need to delete an address, click "delete" below that particular address.
  6. If you need to delete an address, click "edit" below that particular address.
