Do My Points or Tier Status Expire?

Points: 

Your points are valid for one year from the date they are earned. If they are not redeemed within one year, they will expire.

You'll receive a reminder email a few weeks before your points expire, so you don't miss out on your rewards.

Tier Status: 

Your tier status is also based on a rolling one year period. As you continue to shop, your annual spend determines your tier.

If you reach the spending requirement for the next tier, you will be upgraded automatically.

When you reach a new Club CJLA tier, we will send you a welcome email celebrating your new status and all the exciting perks that come with it.

 If your annual spend falls below the minimum required to maintain your current tier, your membership may move to the appropriate tier when your yearly spending is reviewed.

You can check your current points balance and tier status at any time by signing in to your Club CJLA account.
