Do I Earn Points When I Purchase or Use a Gift Card?

You will earn Club CJLA points when you purchase a gift card, since that is when the purchase is made.

You will not earn additional points when you use a gift card to pay for an order. This helps prevent points from being earned twice on the same purchase.

Will My Points Be Returned if I Make a Return or Exchange?

No. Once points have been redeemed for a reward, they cannot be returned to your account if you return or exchange your order.

Do My Points or Tier Status Expire?

Points: 

Your points are valid for one year from the date they are earned. If they are not redeemed within one year, they will expire.

You'll receive a reminder email a few weeks before your points expire, so you don't miss out on your rewards.

Tier Status: 

Your tier status is also based on a rolling one year period. As you continue to shop, your annual spend determines your tier.

If you reach the spending requirement for the next tier, you will be upgraded automatically.

When you reach a new Club CJLA tier, we will send you a welcome email celebrating your new status and all the exciting perks that come with it.

 If your annual spend falls below the minimum required to maintain your current tier, your membership may move to the appropriate tier when your yearly spending is reviewed.
