Order Changes & Cancellations

We have a very limited window to make changes to an order before it's processed at our warehouse. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to:

• Edit or cancel individual items
• Update the shipping address
• Change the shipping method

We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before placing it.

If you need to edit or cancel your order, please reach out within 1–2 hours of placing it to [email protected] during our business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm PST). The sooner you contact us, the better the chance we can help.
