What is the sale?!

Christmas Cards and emails were sent out the week of Thanksgiving. The code gives shoppers $50 off orders with a subtotal of $100 or more. The code ends on New Year's Day 01.01.25 at 11:59PM PST.

If you are having issues applying the code

There are a couple things that could be causing the issue:

-if you are trying to use another discount code on your order, this code will not apply

-if you are trying to apply the discount code in the gift card box in the cjla app, it will not apply

-if your subtotal is less than $100, it will not apply

-if you entered the discount code incorrectly, in any other format than the following, it will not work:

Can I return or exchange if I purchase during the sale?

Normally, any purchase made for 40% off (which you can technically get with this code!) or more is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. However, we are making a huge exception for this super fun sale so you can return or exchange according to our normal policies (21 days from delivery for store credit) if needed!

How long do I have to return my purchase?

You may return purchases made with the code for store credit within 21 days of delivery.

How long do I have to exchange my purchase for a different size?

You may exchange purchases made with the code for a new size within 21 days of delivery.

If the item I purchased doesn't work out, can I exchange for a different piece?

Purchases made using the code do not qualify for style exchanges and may not be exchanged for pieces or sizes that restock after the sale has ended.
